Aperture Eye Motion Graphic
These are a few stills of the Aperture Eye 2D animation i created in After Effects and edited in Premiere Pro. This was done for a larger Year 12 Media project as a short title sequence. The images are of the two separate components i split it into and a still of the final animation.
This showcases the beginning of my education in software like After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.
I hope to share my development of skills in programs such as this in the near future.
This is the outer shell of the head that was roughly textured by experimenting and learning in After Effects. The rest of the shell was colored very simply
This is the aperture that was animated to open and close/blink. I colored the shutters and gave them a glowing effect. This was the bulk of the project.
This is a screenshot of the whole animation in its finished state. With a static-y background accompanying the aperture and head, the eye opens and shuts. Each asset was combined and sequenced in Premiere Pro to create the final result.
