Blender Guru Donut Tutorial
I decided to follow Blender Guru's new Blender 2.8 update Donut tutorial to further my skills in blender. This was a very enjoyable process, especially as he was quite in engaging in his delivery of the tutorial. I learnt a lot of different skills, tips and tricks during this series which I can then use in future projects of my own. I highly recommend this tutorial for beginners who want to learn more about blender.

The very first render of the donut with basic materials and colours applied to each part of the object.
This is similar to the previous render, however some extra sprinkles were added to create more detail and depth to the object.
Some more detail was added to the base of the donut using texture painting, specifically the white stripe usually found on donuts due to the way they are cooked.
The donut is nearly finished, with more detail added on the base. This includes a variation in colour, some bumps and imperfections, and some added oiliness effects.
This is my final render of both the coffee and donut with added lighting, a coloured background and surface. I added an extra few effects and made a few modifications, including the addition of a plate.
